Home Inspections are priced based on the size of the house in square feet. Small houses are priced lower than large homes. We do not consider the selling price of the home since the same size house in different locations will have different selling prices. The cost to inspect a 1500 square foot house is the same, regardless of the selling price, location, or style. Inspections for antique homes, over 150 years old will be charged an additional $50 due to the uniqueness of each antique home. We offer two Discount Evaluation Packages: One for houses with city or community water (Urban) and one for houses with well water (Rural): Urban Evaluation Package includes a Mechanical and Structural Home Inspection, a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection, and a Radon in air Test. This package is priced $50 less than services sold separately. Rural Evaluation Package includes a Mechanical Home Inspection, a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection, Radon in Air Test, Basic Profile (Potability) Water Quality Test, and a Well Flow Quantity Test. This package is priced $75 less than services sold separately.
