Our home inspections include a visual examination of the accessible structural and mechanical components of the home. All inspections are accomplished in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspector's and the State of Connecticut's Standards of Practice as a minimum. On the day of the inspection you will be provided a contract specifying the services contracted, the costs, the limits, and the conditions of your inspection. You are invited to participate and accompany the inspector during your inspection. This is a great opportunity to get to know what you are buying! You are encouraged to ask questions about what is being inspected and what the inspector has determined. The inspector will point out defects, areas of future concern, components that are in satisfactory condition, maintenance tips and future upgrades, as well as any safety concerns discovered.

Reports INFOTECH believes that home inspection reports should be made available to the buyer as quickly as possible to allow ample time for corrective action and timely closing. Our exclusive On-Site reporting technique provides a comprehensive 29-page inspection report at the time of the inspection. For your convenience, wood destroying insect reports and well flow reports are also provided at the time of the inspection. Water samples are analyzed in a local certified laboratory and the results are mailed directly to you in two to three business days. Radon test results are provided at the completion of the test period. Quality Pledge The reports provided to you on the day of the inspection will represent an accurate, unbiased, and complete visible evaluation of the accessible components of the structures inspected. INFOTECH LLC will stand behind the accuracy of the information in its reports for 180 days after the inspection. However, INFOTECH LLC does not provide a warranty or guarantee of the structures or components inspected.
