Your Home InspectorJames Blonshine is a licensed home inspector in the state
of Connecticut, holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and is a Certified Member of ASHI®. He has completed
rigorous training programs provided by ASHI®, HomeTech Inc., and the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors.
He earned a Connecticut Supervisory License for Wood Destroying Insects (termites) in 1995. Blonshine inspects
all types of homes from single family (new and used), modular, antique, and condominium to contemporaries. He is
familiar with local building practices and problems characteristic of urban and rural homes in Eastern Connecticut
and Southern Rhode Island. |

| Scheduling Appointments We believe a home inspection should not be hurried! A thorough inspection takes approximately three hours to accomplish. We schedule two inspections per day maximum, to allow ample time for consultations with you at the time of the inspection. We perform inspections Monday through Saturday, and we will make every effort possible to accommodate your needs, our valued customer! |
